Happy (Late) Third Anniversary Puppillars!!

Whew!!! Time really flies huh? You can blink and miss a milestone, and I certainly did this time around, my apologies! Puppillars is now THREE whole years old!! Life has been crazy, but after realizing I had missed it, I kicked in into high gear to make sure we could have an awesome celebration to make up for it!

In a lot of ways, 2021 has also been nuts, just like last year, but I'm so grateful for all the support Puppillars has gotten, and I hope that Puppillars has been able to provide some joy for everyone over the last year!

 

Milestones from the past year!

Our biggest milestones this year were launching some fun major features, such as Adventuring, Questing, and Challenges! These features help provide some always going on activities for our members looking for fun stuff to do between events!

During this year we have also launched our very adorable baby puppillars, Puppypillars!! There are already 14 lil puppypillars on our site, and more to come!

There are 64 members on our site now! Welcome to all our new members!! We appreciate our new and old members alike!

There are now 280 Puppillars and 35 Snailcats on our masterlist! We welcomed some amazing MYOs, Official Adopts, and Guest Artist adopts this year!

We have 556 items on our site, including a bunch of new pride items, and some exciting items from Adventuring and Questing!

We also have 32 Awards on the site as of posting, and more to come very soon!

Our site has had many awesome upgrades to our site, such as adding the Donation Shop and the Seasonal Shop, as well as stuff like Affiliates and adding captchas to registration (say goodbye to all the bot accounts!)

Even though things have been a little slow over this year, we still had 4 big events, our Dungeon Doggos Event, The Mysterious Orbs Event, Trick or Treating, and our 12 Days of Cozytide Advent!

Could I please claim the event gifts?

- Something that makes me happy about the group is just how supportive everyone is! And how cute everyone's designs are, going through the masterlist just makes me so happy because all so good!!!
- In the future something nice to see could be maybe way with money to get myos? For me rn the amount of energy needed to do art to get yums to get myos is a little high, but I also tend to over do myself in how many species I am in so this could be moot (I had to think of something since im pretty happy with Puppillars rn)

I loved the recent gift exchange... it made me so happy to see the gift Shrike made me ;_; everyone here is so sweet and kind!
It is just so nice coming to the site and seeing chill/kind attitudes- I'd love to see more world lore and such if possible!

Omg..... There are so many happy things I could say about pupps... How can I pick just one?!?
First of all, Pupps brought me back into the CS space after I took a long hiatus, and reinvigorated my love! I still think I've drawn more pupps than I have of my own species (if you don't count adopts... or even if you do)
Secondly, like you said before, I consider Pupps to be a sister group of Bubbies. They even have close birthdays T _ T (I think Bubbies is March?...) Which is so sweet because Pupps was definitely a major inspiration for me!
Thirdly, I may not be as active currently, but I love seeing the community grow... It seems like its twice as big since its last birthday!! And if not maybe its just because the people who are active are just that zealous about it because who doesn't love Puppy-pillars? T o T

As for stuff to see in the future... I definitely would love seeing some more lore pages or even a world map? But honestly whatever you guys do will be amazing because you're all doing an amazing job!! Thank you so much for everything T o T

I have to start with saying my hope for the future- snailkittens! I mean, since we have puppypillars, it only seems right that kittens would come along eventually. Even though snailcats are the secondary species, they tend to be my favorite to make. <3

On that vein, one thing I appreciate about Puppillars is that "breedings" are so laid back and chill compared to other sites I've played like this? There's no official, on-site pairing of the chars that you have to worry about the relationship lasting forever because the "break up" item costs an arm and a leg... And the parents don't have to even be canon to the breeding. It's just... For fun! And you can make what you want out of that. Just in general, a lot of the aspects and features on Pups are laid back and unstressful in general. It makes it much more enjoyable for me- I don't feel like I'm going to miss out on stuff if I'm not checking the site all the time. -repeating myself, oops- THIS SITE. IS JUST CUTE AND CHILL AND I ENJOY? 8'D Lulz, I was going to say something else and just have that as an anecdote, but I kept rambling... My other thing was the adventuring, which everyone else seems to have touched on anyway. x3 And Provie being such a personable, considerate, and easy to talk to owner! :D

Puppypillars are oh-so-cute and I really like the challenges & adventuring! Even though I haven’t finished one yet — I like them!
I look forward to seeing more Puppypillars & I enjoy more lore coming out!
